Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students during a maternity leave coverage near Oconomowoc and Hartford, WI. This full-time contract role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on young learners as part of a dedicated school-based therapy team.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) Strong background in pediatric SLP practice, with knowledge of school-based therapy approaches Experience with teletherapy and comfort utilizing virtual platforms preferred CFY applicants welcome to apply Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within educational teams
Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students' communication goals Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and communication with stakeholders Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with district and federal guidelines Utilize both in-person and teletherapy methods as needed, adapting to students' needs Foster an inclusive and supportive therapy environment
