Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract position as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students on maternity leave coverage in the Hartford, WI area near West Bend. This opportunity is perfect for SLPs experienced in schools, pediatrics, healthcare, or teletherapy, as well as those seeking a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Make a direct impact by helping young learners discover their voices, strengthen communication abilities, and thrive academically. What you'll bring: Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP state licensure (or eligibility) to practice in Wisconsin Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings (CFYs are welcome to apply) Proficiency with virtual or teletherapy platforms is a plus Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Dedication to helping students achieve individualized speech/language goals Strong organizational abilities for managing caseloads and timelines What you'll do: Provide assessment, therapy, and intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and monitor progress Engage in both direct and consultative services according to student requirements Maintain accurate records and document student progress in compliance with school and state guidelines Support students through in-person or virtual therapy as needed Fulfill the assignment for the duration of the maternity leave, delivering quality care throughout the term Enjoy the following: Competitive hourly pay from $45-51, dependent on your experience Opportunity to broaden your experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads The chance to work in a collaborative, supportive school environment Ready to bring your speech-language expertise to students in need?
