Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Hold or be eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) Prior experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads highly preferred Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Ability to work effectively both independently and within interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention for students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support each childs progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines Travel to and support multiple school sites, providing consistent services across locations throughout the contract term Consult and train classroom staff as needed to facilitate carryover of skills Expect a supportive atmosphere as you deliver valuable speech-language services to children eager to achieve their potential.
