Job Description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - PRN Nellas Autumn Lake | Elkins, WV $50-$60/hour | PRN We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN opportunity at Nellas Autumn Lake. This flexible role is ideal for an SLP who enjoys providing individualized therapy and helping residents improve communication, cognitive function, and swallowing abilities. What You'll Do Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals Provide skilled interventions addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate Educate residents, families, and caregivers on communication and safe swallowing strategies Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team What We Offer $50-$60/hour Flexible PRN scheduling Supportive rehabilitation environment Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Collaborative interdisciplinary team Opportunity to provide meaningful, individualized care Qualifications Active West Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license required Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduate Speech-Language Pathologists are welcome to apply If you're an SLP looking for flexible PRN hours and an opportunity to help residents make meaningful progress, we encourage you to apply.
