e2138-25309 Job Description Empower young learners by bringing your passion for speech-language pathology to an engaging, supportive school environment near South Charleston, WV. This full-time, on-site opportunity is ideal for both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced SLPs with a desire to make a difference in pediatric settings. Required Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure to practice as an
SLP ASHA
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) eligibility Previous or clinical experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school-based settings Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and teamwork skills Open-mindedness and adaptability in new educational settings
Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students ages preschool through high school Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals and district expectations Deliver targeted, evidence-based interventions via individual and small group therapy sessions Collaborate thoughtfully with educators, support staff, and families to provide comprehensive care and maximize student progress Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state, federal, and school district policies Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and ongoing education As part of this role, youll enjoy excellent health and dental insurance, a company-matched 401(k), and competitive weekly pay, all within a welcoming, growth-oriented atmosphere.
