Evaluate patients with speech and language disorders to identify their specific needs and develop individualized treatment plansDesign and implement effective speech and language therapy programs to improve patients' communication skillsConduct therapy sessions with patients, including individuals and groups, to achieve treatment goalsCollaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patientsDocument patient progress and maintain accurate recordsStay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in speech therapy

Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MS-CCC)Valid state licensure to practice speech therapyMinimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare settingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively with patients and families from diverse backgrounds
