Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Current state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP in Wyoming Prior experience in school settings preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Passionate about working with children and facilitating student success
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with teachers and support staff Collaborate with families, educators, and multi-disciplinary teams Maintain thorough records and track progress toward therapeutic goals Engage in professional development to stay current on best practices
