Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology is required Eligibility for SLPA licensure or current SLPA certification in accordance with state requirements Experience supporting speech, language, and communication needs within a school setting is preferred Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage children, families, and school staff Organizational abilities to adapt to diverse caseloads and educational programs

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver therapy and interventions for K-12 students Conduct speech-language screenings, assist in carrying out individualized education plans, and maintain thorough documentation Support classroom teachers and families by providing resources and strategies for student success Help to monitor progress and adapt interventions under the supervision of a certified SLP Contribute positively to the school culture by attending team meetings and participating in ongoing professional development
