With a full-time work week of 35 hours, you'll focus on helping K-12 students achieve communication success—a caseload that will be tailored to your strengths during the interview process.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required Active SLPA credentials/license, or eligibility, as per state guidelines Experience working with school-aged children, ideally in K-12 educational settings Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families Flexibility to adapt to a variety of student needs and a dynamic school environment Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language interventions under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and document student progress Support classroom teachers in strategies for supporting students' communication needs Participate in IEP meetings and contribute input regarding student progress and planning Maintain accurate records and data collection as required by the school and supervising SLP Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment for students of various backgrounds and ability levels This position offers the stability of a long-term contract, immediate impact with students, and professional growth within a supportive educational setting.
