Position Summary The Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) plays an important role in helping children develop speech, language, communication, and feeding skills under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. This position contributes directly to our mission of providing exceptional pediatric therapy services while supporting children and their families every step of the way. Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist. Provide speech and language therapy to pediatric patients to improve communication skills. Accurately document treatment sessions and patient progress. Communicate patient progress and concerns with the supervising SLP. Collaborate with therapists, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure coordinated patient care. Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to reinforce therapy goals at home. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR). Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license in good standing. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred:

Pediatric experience is preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply. We're Looking for
