Start Date & Compensation We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. This full-time role offers a base pay of $35.00-$45.00(salary available $60,000-$70,000), with indirect work compensated at $20/hour (4:1 direct-to-indirect ratio). Schedule will be Monday through Friday, 40 hours on-site, performed between the hours of 8am and 6pm five days per week. Additionally, we offer SLPA licensure reimbursement up to $300. Position Overview As an SLPA, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, providing therapeutic services to pediatric patients. You will implement treatment plans, deliver direct therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address speech, language, and feeding disorders. Responsibilities include assisting in evaluations, documenting patient progress, preparing therapy materials, and supporting behavior-reduction strategies. Professionalism, collaboration, and a commitment to patient growth are essential for success in this role. Requirements & Growth Candidates must hold or obtain SLPA licensure, complete training programs, and meet supervision requirements. Continuing education of 10 hours annually is required to ensure professional growth.
