The SLPA will work under the supervision of Dr. Traci Akiki to provide engaging, individualized therapy services to pediatric clients. The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical excellence, empathy, and strong communication skills, with a commitment to helping each patient reach their full potential. Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy services as outlined in treatment plans Implement therapy goals under the supervision of an SLP Document session notes accurately and in a timely manner Collaborate with supervising SLPs, families, and clinic staff Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming therapy environment Qualifications Current California SLPA license (or eligibility for licensure) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and documentation abilities Commitment to patient-centered care and ongoing professional development
