Your professional background should include:

At least three months of experience as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, preferably in a school setting. A current and active California SLPA license. Comfort working with elementary-aged children, ideally with familiarity in managing a range of speech and language impairments. Strong collaboration skills and openness to feedback from your supervising SLP. Bilingual Spanish fluency is preferred, but not required.
