Qualifications & Skills:
State-licensed or eligible Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Experience or strong interest in working with preschool or school-aged children Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to follow treatment plans and document session outcomes as directed by a supervising SLP Adaptability and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities:
Implement speech and language therapy activities developed by a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist Assist in assessing students' progress and adapting sessions to meet evolving needs Maintain accurate session records and provide updates for IEP documentation Participate in meetings and communicate effectively with educators, family members, and the multidisciplinary team Foster a warm, encouraging environment for students to maximize their success This contract position allows you to truly make a difference while enjoying a manageable workload and professional support.
