Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling, full-time contract opportunity supporting students for the entire school year as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in a vibrant educational setting near Concord, CA. You'll play a key role assisting licensed Speech-Language Pathologists and making a true difference in students' communication skills and academic success. Your expertise will be valued as you work collaboratively with educators, other specialists, and families to implement intervention plans. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license in California Previous experience within school settings (strongly preferred) Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and progress documentation Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and school staff Organizational skills to manage time across varying caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
