Our company:
We ensure that schools offer manageable workloads and almost all of our positions have two days work from home per month. The ideal candidate will work with children in a school setting. So, what do we ask for in our candidates: Duties Conduct comprehensive student assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities. Develop individualized education plans. Implement evidence-based speech therapy techniques tailored for children. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support patient progress.. Maintain accurate documentation of student's progress and treatment outcomes. Educate families on strategies to support their child's communication development at home. Stay updated on current research and best practices in speech therapy. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist. Experience working in a school environment or with school age population is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
