This position offers extensive training if needed and to work closely with experienced licensed speech-language pathologists, children, and families. This job is 100% clinic-based with a home and work-life balance, no home or school-based therapy. Extensive training provided. Become a creative and effective clincian! Responsibilities Assist licensed speech-language pathologists in delivering evidence-based speech therapy interventions for clients with a variety of speech and language disorders. Support children and individuals with disabilities through early intervention programs, school-based services, or telehealth therapy sessions. Implement speech-language therapy plans, including exercises targeting articulation, fluency, voice, and language comprehension. Run dynamic and innovative speech and language therapy groups. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and client records in accordance with organizational policies. Support clients' understanding of their therapy goals by providing clear instructions and encouragement during sessions. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in pediatric and adult speech-language pathology techniques. Requirements Students should apply as we are eager to provide significant training if needed. Credentialed SLPAs also encouraged to apply. Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client populations. Demonstrated understanding of child language development and speech disorders support strategies.

Pay:
$35.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 40.0 per week
