Qualifications/Desired Skills:
Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting (or equivalent) Valid SLPA license for California School-based SLPA experience preferred, but not required Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit Commitment to supporting students' communication needs
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students under supervision of an SLP Implement, document, and monitor individualized education plan (IEP) goals Communicate progress and participate in team meetings Assist with screening and assessments as needed Foster an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
