Key Qualifications:

Active and valid California SLPA license required Previous experience in school-based or healthcare SLPA roles preferred Ability to collaborate effectively with supervising SLPs, teachers, and support staff Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills Compassion, patience, and a dedication to helping young learners succeed

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver therapy activities under the supervision of a credentialed SLP Support students in achieving their IEP communication goals Document progress and maintain accurate records as directed Help prepare therapy materials and adapt activities to student needs Participate in regular supervision and team meetings
