Position Highlights:

Team Setting:

Join a collaborative K-12 on-site team (2 SLPs, 1 SLPA).

Balanced Caseload:

Manage an individual caseload of 25-55 students.

Clinical Support:

Receive direct, on-site mentorship from your supervising SLP.

Flexible Timeline:

Start ASAP through June 12, 2026, working 14 to 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct, IEP-based speech and language therapy. Partner with supervising SLPs on data collection and progress tracking. Maintain precise service logs and attend collaborative team meetings.

Pay Rate:

Competitive hourly rates based on experience.

Schedule:

Full-time or part-time (14-35 hours per week). Immediate start through the end of the school year.

Requirements:

Active CA SLPA license (school-based experience preferred). Strong organizational skills to manage a 25-55 student caseload. Excellent communication skills for a collaborative team setting.
