Desired Qualifications:
Valid SLPA license or certification (as required by state guidelines) Previous experience or strong interest in supporting school-aged students, particularly those on the Autism Spectrum Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills Ability to adapt strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct therapy and support services to students aged 6-22 under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist Focus on students with Autism Spectrum Disorders, assisting with communication and social skills Implement therapy plans, document progress, and communicate effectively with educational teams Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure holistic student support
