The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the Speech and Language pathologist and treating patients with physical, mental, or developmental disabilities. The Speech and Language Therapy Assistant will also be responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans and providing patient education on how to best manage their condition. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to make a difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:

Implement treatment plans for pediatric patients. Provide education to families and caregivers on how to use adaptive equipment and techniques. Instruct patients in communication strategies. Assist in developing home exercise programs for pediatric patients. Monitor patient progress and collaborate with the Speech and Language Pathologist to adjust treatment plans as needed.
