Right now our practice is experiencing an exciting period of growth. As we prepare to welcome more patients to our practice, we are seeking a motivated, talented SLPA to join our team. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized, evidence-based speech and language treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP. Deliver high-quality, engaging therapy sessions to pediatric clients (ages 0-14). Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client progress and responses to treatment. Collaborate closely with supervising SLPs, families, and team members to support client goals. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, and high-energy clinic culture.

Requirements & Qualifications Education:

Degree or certificate from an approved Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.

Licensure:

Active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license issued by the State of California.

Experience:

Two (2) or more years of experience in a pediatric setting is preferred, though passionate, newly licensed SLPAs are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

Strong confidence working with pediatric populations and their families. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational abilities, adaptability, and a high level of professional integrity.
