Our team is composed of highly-skilled professionals with diverse clinical expertise and levels of experience, all dedicated to providing exceptional, individualized care to our pediatric clients. Right now our practice is experiencing an exciting period of growth. As we prepare to welcome more patients to our practice, we are seeking a motivated, talented SLPA to join our team. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized, evidence-based speech and language treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP. Deliver high-quality, engaging therapy sessions to pediatric clients (ages 0-14). Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client progress and responses to treatment. Collaborate closely with supervising SLPs, families, and team members to support client goals. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, and high-energy clinic culture.
Requirements & Qualifications Education:
Degree or certificate from an approved Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
Licensure:
Active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license issued by the State of California.
Experience:
Two (2) or more years of experience in a pediatric setting is preferred, though passionate, newly licensed SLPAs are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Strong confidence working with pediatric populations and their families. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational abilities, adaptability, and a high level of professional integrity.
