Key Qualifications:

Valid SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) certification or license, with eligibility to work in Connecticut schools Experience supporting children in school settings preferred, but strong new graduates are welcome Understanding of pediatric speech and language disorders across K-12 Ability to work collaboratively with SLPs, educators, and families Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness to travel between multiple school sites as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students under SLP supervision Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and report data effectively Support in preparing therapy materials and conducting group or individual sessions Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed Assist in screening, assessment, and data collection tasks Perks of the
