Family-founded organization with a child-first mission Work alongside experienced Speech-Language Pathologists and multidisciplinary clinicians Supportive leadership committed to your professional growth Positive, team-oriented culture where your contributions are valued Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with children and families Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising Speech-Language Pathologists Provide direct speech and language therapy services to children under the supervision of a licensed SLP Assist with speech, language, hearing, and communication screenings and assessments (non-interpretive) Prepare and maintain therapy materials, equipment, and assistive communication devices Document client progress and maintain accurate, timely clinical records Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, BCBAs, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, RBTs, and families to support each child's individualized goals Foster a safe, engaging, and welcoming therapy environment Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Qualifications Completion of an ASHA-approved Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related associate degree Current Florida SLPA license or certification, as required Experience working with children preferred; experience supporting children with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Experience with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices preferred Bilingual skills are a plus CPR certification may be required Authorization to work in the United States Willingness to complete a Level II background screening and pre-employment drug screening Apply Today If you're looking for a career where you can make a lasting impact while working with a supportive team that values collaboration, we'd love to hear from you.
