This contract position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across multiple school sites within Hendry County, working with a diverse student population and collaborating with committed education professionals. Youll provide services to students at multiple schools in a K12 setting, ensuring students receive the communication support they need to succeed. Travel throughout Hendry County is integral to this position, so a love for on-the-go work and adaptability is a must. Your days will be varied, engaging, and filled with opportunities to foster student growth in speech and language skills. What you'll bring: Active Florida SLPA license Experience working in schools, strongly preferred Ability to comfortably travel to different school sites across the county Strong communication and organizational skills A passion for helping students unlock their full potential What you'll be doing: Providing direct treatment and support services in collaboration with supervising SLPs Assisting in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students Documenting student progress and participation Communicating with teachers, families, and school staff to provide holistic student support Managing materials and resources as you travel between multiple locations Take advantage of an excellent opportunity to expand your skills, connect with educators, and make a difference for students across Hendry County.
