Speech Language Pathology Assistant

Job Description

EDU Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support students in achieving their communication goals within a school setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLPA who is passionate about helping children succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy activities Reinforce communication strategies in individual and group settings Monitor and document student progress, reporting updates to supervising SLPs Support teachers and staff in integrating speech and language goals into classroom activities Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district guidelines Participate in professional development and stay current with best practices
Qualifications:
