We're growing and seeking to welcome a passionate, team-oriented, and motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to our team. On our team, each SLP or SLPA has autonomy over their own schedule and which days/how many days per week they'd like to work. We believe in the importance or balance to manage your personal life alongside your professional life. CFs and SLPAs welcome, with supervision available. Responsibilities •This is a mobile therapy position, traveling between patients required•As a new SLPA at Walkie Talkie, you will work with a diverse group of pediatric patients, in their homes, daycares, and/or schools around Broward County. You'd support them in overcoming communication difficulties associated with their disorders and diagnoses under the supervision of an SLP. This position offers a chance to grow your skills, learn new methodologies, and participate in rewarding work. Requirements Current state license as SLPA Experience in pediatric speech pathology (preferred) Passion for working with toddlers, school-age children, and adolescents. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
