Job Description

ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in Gainesville, GA to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for the 2026-2027 school year. ASAP - May 2027 Onsite Position Additional caseload and school assignment details will be discussed during the interview. What You'll Do Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans and therapy activities. Support students in meeting their speech and language goals through individual and small group sessions. Maintain accurate therapy documentation and service logs. Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, administrators, and other school staff to support student progress. Follow district, state, and federal guidelines regarding documentation and service delivery. Qualifications Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license required. Previous school-based experience preferred. Experience providing speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
