Key Qualifications:
Active SLPA license 1-2 years of SLPA experience in school settings required Comfortable with healthcare-related aspects of speech therapy when needed Familiarity with working on elementary caseloads Strong communication and collaboration abilities Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for student success
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students as directed by supervising Speech-Language Pathologists Support IEP goals with individualized and small group interventions Provide progress monitoring and data collection on student development Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support student needs in the classroom Maintain detailed documentation aligned with school and district protocols Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
