Key Qualifications:
Active licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant 1-2 years of experience working in school settings as an SLPA Familiarity with healthcare or educational environments preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Enthusiasm for working with elementary-age children Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and compassionately
Responsibilities:
Provide direct therapy services to students, following the treatment plans developed by supervising Speech-Language Pathologists Support students with speech, language, and communication disorders within the educational framework Maintain accurate data and documentation on student progress Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and staff to enhance student outcomes Participate in meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development as required Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all students on your caseload
