Qualifications:
Current SLPA licensure in Illinois is required Previous experience in a K-12 school setting preferred Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to student needs and work effectively with a multidisciplinary team Proficiency in implementing therapy plans designed by supervising
SLPs Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language services to K-12 students as outlined in IEPs Assist in conducting screenings and informal assessments under the direction of a licensed SLP Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and report data to supervising SLPs and educational teams Provide support in classroom settings and collaborate with teachers and families to reinforce communication strategies Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development as needed Perks for
