In this role, you will support licensed speech-language pathologists in delivering high-quality speech therapy services in a clinic setting. Your expertise will help children improve their communication skills, support language development, and enhance their overall quality of life. Duties Assist licensed speech-language pathologists in implementing individualized speech therapy plans tailored to each client's needs. Support children and students with diverse communication challenges, including speech disorders and language delays, in both clinical and educational environments. Deliver targeted therapy activities focused on improving articulation, fluency, voice, and language comprehension. Support early intervention programs by working with young children to develop foundational communication skills. Collaborate with educators, therapists, families, and other professionals to ensure cohesive care plans and effective client support. Utilize telehealth platforms to provide remote speech therapy sessions when necessary, ensuring continuity of care. Skills Prior experience working with students or clients with disabilities, especially in pediatric or school settings. Familiarity with speech-language pathology procedures including plan implementation and client communication. Ability to support clients with diverse needs such as language disorders, speech sound disorders, fluency issues, and voice concerns. Experience working with children in early intervention or school environments is highly desirable. Strong understanding of child language development stages and effective intervention strategies.
