EDU Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate school-based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students with communication needs in Belchertown MA. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to help implement speech and language services for students across grade levels.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy activities Reinforce communication strategies in individual and group settings Monitor and document student progress, reporting updates to supervising SLPs Support teachers and staff in integrating speech and language goals into classroom activities Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district guidelines Participate in professional development and stay current with best practices

Qualifications:
