Job Description

Qualifications:
Active and valid SLPA license/certification for Massachusetts Previous experience working with elementary students preferred Familiarity with school-based speech and language service models Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families Ability to organize and manage caseload responsibilities efficiently
Role Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of student-specific therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Deliver direct and indirect speech and language services to elementary students Assist with assessments, data collection, and progress monitoring Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families regarding student progress Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as requested
Schedule & Details:
Contract Duration:
10/05/2026 - 12/23/2026 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday Elementary school caseload
