This contract position is based fully onsite at two local schools and is perfect for speech-language pathology assistants who thrive in a dynamic educational setting working alongside dedicated professionals.

Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts SLPA license or credential required Previous experience in schools and with elementary-aged children preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage responsibilities across two nearby campuses Commitment to delivering high-quality, student-centered therapy

Responsibilities:

Partner closely under the supervision of a licensed SLP to deliver compensatory speech services to assigned students Follow established treatment plans and document student progress Provide support that aligns with students individualized education plans (IEPs) Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents as needed Fully participate in the school-day schedule across both designated sites Maintain compliance with all state and district standards
