Job Description

A Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) provides direct treatment and assists in the monitoring of individual goals under the direction and supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist. About NEO Orthopedic and Rehabilitation, LLC NEO Orthopedics and Rehabilitation provides Physical, Occupational, Speech and ABA Therapy services in settings including outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities and schools. Description Role Description:
A Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) provides direct treatment and assists in the monitoring of individual goals under the direction and supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist. SLPAs exhibit and prioritize the core values of

Qualifications:
Completion of an Associate SLPA Degree program or Bachelor's Degree in Communication Disorders or related degree. Valid Oklahoma SLPA License (or ability to apply) Experience working with individuals with communication disabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping HIPAA knowledge and compliance Experience in a clinical or school setting is preferred.
