Qualifications and Experience:

Completion of an accredited SLPA program or related degree Active SLPA license in the state of Oregon (or eligibility to obtain) Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff and families Reliable, adaptable, and committed to student wellbeing

Responsibilities:

Implement speech-language therapy activities as designed by the supervising SLP Assist in the screening and documentation of students' progress Engage students in individual and group settings to support communication goals Prepare therapeutic materials and maintain organized records Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote students' success Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities
