This full-time, contract position offers the chance to work as a dedicated 1:1 Paraprofessional/PCA, providing individualized support and encouragement to help a student succeed academically and personally. The assignment is set to begin as soon as possible and continues through June 2027, offering stability and a long-term impact. Qualifications:
Prior experience working as a Paraprofessional, Personal Care Assistant, or similar role in a school setting Knowledge of best practices for supporting students with diverse needs Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, and families Ability to adapt to changing classroom environments and student requirements Passion for creating supportive, inclusive spaces for learning
Responsibilities:
