Qualifications:
Valid SLPA license and eligibility to work in Texas Experience with secondary-age student populations (middle and high school preferred) Familiarity with AAC devices in educational settings is a plus Ability to complete state fingerprinting/background check promptly Must disclose prior employment with the district and any district terminations (affidavit required)
Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language support services for caseload averaging 80-90 students (assigned based on skill and experience) Serve primarily at one school, with potential to float to a second as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and utilize AAC devices Uphold all district and ethical standards for student care and documentation
