Qualifications:
Active SLPA license, or eligibility to obtain (state-specific) Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred Passion for supporting K-12 student speech and language development Strong communication and organization skills Flexibility and willingness to adapt to various service delivery models
Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students under supervision of an SLP Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational teams to support student progress Support implementation of IEP goals and gather relevant documentation Assist with screenings, assessments, and progress tracking Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and results-driven school culture
