Qualifications:
Valid licensure or eligibility as an SLPA Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to new settings Dedication to fostering student growth and participation
Responsibilities:
Assist licensed SLPs in implementing therapy plans Deliver speech-language interventions to students individually or in small groups Document student progress and maintain accurate records Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families Support a positive, inclusive learning environment
