$72,000-$79,200 annually , 50-55/hr We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide services to K-12 students in the Verona, Virginia area. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative school team dedicated to helping students build strong communication skills and achieve academic success. Requirements For SLP Candidates Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply School-based experience preferred For SLPA Candidates Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field meeting Virginia requirements Current Virginia SLPA license or registration (or eligibility, as applicable) Experience working with school-aged children preferred Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations (SLPs). Provide individual and group speech-language therapy services. Implement treatment plans and IEP goals under the supervision of an SLP (SLPAs). Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and support staff. Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions (SLPs). Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records. Support students in developing communication skills that promote academic and social success.
