Job Description

Williamson Health in Marion, IL seeks a First Assistant Certified to support surgeons in delivering safe, high-quality care across diverse surgical procedures. The First Assistant Certified will prepare patients and operating rooms, maintain sterile fields, provide intraoperative exposure, hemostasis, and wound closure, and assist with post-operative care and documentation. Collaborating closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia, this role upholds patient-centered, compassionate care while supporting quality, safety, and continuous improvement in a collaborative perioperative team environment.
