Experience & Key Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons during procedures and surgical consultations Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and surgical materials Support patient care before, during, and after procedures Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout surgical visits Maintain strict infection control, sterilization, and OSHA compliance Provide post-operative instructions and patient education as directed Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements:
Requirements Previous surgical, dental, or medical assisting experience required Oral surgery or specialty surgical experience preferred Knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and safety protocols Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment Strong communication skills and professional bedside manner CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined
