Schedule:

8-hour day shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through

Friday Qualifications:

Current certification/credentials as a CVOR Tech or equivalent Nursing background with demonstrated CVOR experience strongly preferred In-depth knowledge of sterile technique, instrumentation, and cardiovascular operating room protocols Ability to anticipate surgeon needs and function efficiently in high-pressure situations Excellent communication and collaboration skills with surgical and anesthesia teams Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to patient safety

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, maintain, and ensure sterility of the cardiovascular operating room environment Set up equipment and instruments for all cardiovascular surgical procedures Assist the surgical team by passing instruments, handling specimens, and maintaining a safe operative field Monitor and restock surgical supplies, equipment, and inventory Adhere strictly to all hospital safety and infection control policies Maintain accurate documentation related to procedures, equipment used, and patient data Provide support and guidance to less experienced staff as needed
