Dr. Pasqual Bracero is owner and founder of Orlando Cosmetic Surgical Arts. We're looking for an already cross trained individual with excellent communication skills both verbal and written. (English/Spanish is a must) Must be very presentable and professional in appearance. Experience in sales and upselling is a plus. Day to day medical office duties may include: Answering multiple phone lines Scheduling appointments in our EMR (Symplast) Collecting payments Discuss financial options for cosmetic procedures with clients Assisting providers in office exams & cosmetic procedures Patient Education of products & services we provide Cleaning/Sterilizing & maintaining of medical instruments, equipment & surgical suite maintaining equipment maintenance logs Efficient and able to prioritize tasks Punctual and reliable attendance Extremely detail oriented Consistent with organization and follow-up Computer proficient (able to easily use Word, Excel, and electronic medical record software) General office cleaning Monday & Thursdays are surgical days & duties may include: (We will train you) Surgical technician (ST) ensures the operating room, supplies, and equipment are prepared in advance for the days' cases and opened with sterile technique. Ensures that all equipment is in working order. Prepares for cases according to surgeon preferences. Assist the surgeon with field preparation, ensuring field remains sterile, passing instruments, retracting, safely assist with position changes, and with other duties and as requested by the surgeon. ST will assist with turning over the room in preparation for the next case and terminal clean at the end of the day. ST assists in dressing the patient with post-operative garments and clothes, assists patient in the event she/he needs to go to the bathroom.
