Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - Outpatient Surgery Center Westfield / Carmel, Indiana Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No Nights or Major Holidays A growing outpatient surgery center in the Westfield/Carmel area is seeking a full-time Certified Surgical Technologist (Scrub Tech) to join its surgical services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Surgical Tech looking for a stable weekday schedule, strong team culture, and a fast-paced outpatient environment focused on high-quality patient care. Position Highlights Full-time direct hire opportunity Monday-Friday schedule Outpatient / Ambulatory Surgery Center setting Competitive pay and benefits Supportive surgical team environment Modern, patient-focused facility Excellent work-life balance compared to hospital settings Compensation Estimated pay range: $25-30/hour Pay may be higher based on experience and specialty background Responsibilities Prepare operating rooms and sterile field for procedures Assist surgeons during surgical procedures Anticipate surgeon and procedural needs Maintain sterile technique and patient safety standards Ensure proper instrument and equipment handling Collaborate with RN circulators and surgical staff Assist with room turnover and inventory management Qualifications Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred Previous surgical tech experience required Orthopedic or ASC experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of sterile processing and surgical procedures Team-oriented with strong communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Why This Opportunity?
