Schedule:

3x12 hour shifts: 7:00 am - 7:30 pm On-call once per week and every 6th weekend

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Surgical Technologist BLS certification through the American Heart Association Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential Previous experience as a travel surgical technologist High school diploma or GED required

Key Responsibilities:

Assist surgical team by handling, preparing, and passing instruments and supplies for a wide variety of surgical procedures Anticipate and respond to the needs of surgeons and nurses during operations Provide support for patient preparation and transport within the facility Contribute to maintaining a safe and aseptic environment in the operating room Work closely with nurses and other surgical team members to optimize patient outcomes Respond promptly to emergent situations according to established protocols Support other patient care activities and building service duties as needed This position is a 13-week contract with potential to extend, providing valuable experience in a collaborative and fast-paced surgical setting.
