Key Qualifications:

Certification as a Surgical Technologist (required) Nursing experience in an operating room environment is strongly preferred Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent) Ability to anticipate the needs of the surgical team and provide necessary instruments and supplies Excellent communication and organizational skills Proven commitment to patient safety protocols and sterile field integrity Ability to remain calm, focused, and precise under pressure

Responsibilities:
